Castaway Cove is a small waterfront community of cabin and recreational lots. There is no clubhouse — just a gated road, shared services, and neighbors who mostly want the place kept simple.
The association keeps the road passable, keeps insurance and seasonal services in place, collects dues once a year, and keeps honest records of all of it. Decisions are made at the annual meeting, one vote per lot.
